Donny's provides mechanical HVAC system Test &
Balance services for homes and facilities throughout the
state of Florida. These services are intended to adjust the
mechanical equipment per the engineer's specifications
to meet the design goals for the home or facility, its
occupants and the equipment in the areas of:

* Safety - through verifying operation of installed
equipment to design specifications

* Energy - provide testing of equipment in its operating
mode to determine if the operation of the equipment is
within design specifications, equipment performance
goals are met and that building pressure relationships are
maintained

 * Health - verify airflows are per the engineer's design
that is intended to exhaust contaminants and or
introduce air

* Comfort - set system components to meet design
conditions for air volume, velocities and distribution

These services can be performed in conjunction with an
inspection of the mechanical equipment installed at the
home or facility. Documentation can be provided to
detail the deviations between the design drawings -
specifications and the installed equipment and system.
